Supporters with a disability can get a ticket free of charge on presentation of your disability card on the day of the game at the ticket office n°6.
If you are 80% disabled or more, you have the possibility to get a free ticket for your carer. Those tickets have to be collected at the same time.
The tickets will have the name of the person who booked the tickets printed on them. In case of a fraud, the club will refuse any other demand for a free disability ticket for the season.
Please note that we only have a limited number of spaces available for Wheelchair Users and allocation is subject to availability.
Dragons’ policy is that all supporters must have a valid ticket to enter the stadium, regardless of age. Children under 12 benefit from a reduced price of 4€, sold only at the ticket offices on game day.
All supporters aged between 12 and 18 as well as student cardholders benefit from a reduced rate of 10€, also sold on the day of the game at our ticket offices.
When purchasing your ticket, you will be asked in what area you want to get a child or student tickets.
The turnstiles can identify reduced price tickets and the club reserves the right to check the age of the reduced ticket holder to access the stadium.

Tickets are also on sale at the ticket offices on game day.
Ticket offices open 2 hours before a Dragons Catalans’ game. When there is an opening game, the ticket offices then open half an hour before the opening game.
The tickets sale begins approximately one month before each game. Please note that the date and time of the games are subject to changes.
Yes. To purchase tickets by phone and for all the matters concerning the game, please contact the following number +334 68 35 45 30 from Monday to Friday, from 8am-12pm and from 2pm-5pm. Please remember to have your credit card at the time of the order.
Yes. You can still buy season tickets even if the season has begun. The season tickets prices decrease after the fourth game since the membership already include three free games.
In case of a loss or theft of a membership card, the season ticket holder must report to the administration offices in Gilbert Brutus stadium. After identity verification, a duplicate of the card will be printed. The new issued card makes the original one invalid. The price of the duplicate is 20€.

No match tickets duplicate can be issued.
According to the ticketing policy (see the terms and conditions on the back of a ticket), a purchased ticket cannot be exchanged, returned or resold. If you accept the cancellation insurance when buying your tickets online, the refund will be possible.
No tickets will be refunded due to a bad weather.
